Stephentown is located on the New York / Massachusetts border in the world famous Berkshire Mountains, surrounded by nature and serenity! We are located minutes away from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort. All units are complete apartments with a kitchen and all essentials, fully furnished, Ductless ACs and baseboard heat individually controlled.

One of the original four railroad hotels of Stephentown and the last remaining, the Stephentown Hotel was built in the 1860s alongside the Rutland railroad, which ran on Hotel Road. The railroad served the Town of Stephentown from 1869 to 1952, when the railway was removed.

The building went through an extensive 3 year renovation starting in February 2021. The building features four furnished apartments rented short term or for extended stays.

The Stephentown Hotel

All apartments have their own private entrance. Every stay includes water bottles, Hershey’s bars, granola bars, oatmeal packets, coffee (K-Cups), tea, creamer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Just in case you left at home – we also included individually wrapped toothbrushes and packets of Colgate toothpaste!

There is parking around the property. Building has a brand new Culligan water treatment system, providing fresh delicious water!

All apartments are equipped with Smart TVs, books and board games. We have full arcade games in every apartment!

Stephentown Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The place is clean, hotel-like yet feels right at home. The linen, bedsheets and pillows are clean- something which some airbnb host do not provide- so we are more than happy to come home from snowtubing to clean bed to sleep on. Dillon is a great host, we truly appreciate the fancy coffee, and tidbits in the kitchen that came in handy when my kids got hungry. I would highly recommend this place and would probably cone back again, too!

We had a great time at the Stephentown Hotel. Weve stayed before, but this was the first time in Unit 4, and we couldn't have been happier. Tons of room, comfy beds, everything was clean and homey. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The apartment was immaculate. Plenty of towels available. Kitchen was equipped with all you need to cook right there. The board games provided some fun in the evening while it rained. Some great restaurants 10 minutes or less away. Highly recommend Dillon as a host. He was super quick with replies, gave a great guide to the area and very detailed directions for checkin and checkout.

This place is what AirBnB is all about. Freshly renovated place that matched the photos perfectly. It's really nice having a full residential kitchen (and a brand new one at that!) plus a living room - the kind of arrangement that you just don't get at a chain hotel. The arcade games were great, too. Oh, and it's dog-friendly. Dillon was a nice host with very detailed communication. Checkin was as simple as entering the code on the smart lock and walking right into the unit. Super easy. Will definitely try to return here on my trip next year.

We will certainly stay again when we return to the area. This was my first Air bnb experience and I hope that when we use it again ( which we will based on this stay ) I can only hope each stay can live up to this one. Thank you Dillion for a great stay! Comfortable beds and couch. Great kitchen ( we didn’t use it much but only because we were visiting for a wedding ) . Bathroom was clean. Heating system was nice and new. As a matter of fact everything seemed new. 5 stars!
